DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS

  • Instituted a Town-wide Road Resurfacing Program Utilizing State and Federal Grants Where Available
  • Constructed Salt Shed at the Township’s DPW Facility
  • Utilized Grant and Township Funds for Various Drainage and Water Improvement Projects
  • Purchased New Vehicles and Equipment Including a New Sweeper Truck
  • Received $1,200,000 Grant Funding to Improve our Infrastructure and Sanitary Sewer System

SENIOR SERVICES

  • Continued Senior Citizen Advisory Board and Initiated a Monthly Senior Newsletter
  • Extended Senior Bus Hours
  • Increased Senior Activities and Programs
  • Partnered with Bergen County to Build Affordable Senior Housing Apartments
  • Conducted Senior Scam Alert Seminars

PARKS & RECREATION
